Mr. Brendan McLeod is currently admitted and able to practice in:

- United States Air Force: 1988-1992 - Field meteorologists for the 20th Special Forces. Veteran of Operation Desert Storm and served active duty at Fort Campbell and Fort Bragg.
- Price Waterhouse (Tampa, Florida) : 1992-1993 - Accountant and programmer. Programmed software specifically designed for the oil and gas industry. Clients included Exxon, Chevron, Conoco and other large oil companies. The software was for field offices across the world.
- PC DOCS (Now Hummingbird) (Tallahassee, Florida) 1993-1995. Field engineer for the Northwest (California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska). Also spent extensive time heading projects in Kansas City, Missouri and New York City.
- SRA International: 1995 until 1998. Mainly a military contractor. Served as system engineer for the military, Fortune 500, and large law offices. Based in the Atlanta, Georgia office but travelled nationally and internationally, extensively.
- University of Pittsburgh School of Law - Interned with the Honorable Judge Zottola in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- University of Louisville - Brandeis School of Law 2001.
- University of Louisville Business School - Adjunct Professor of Commercial Law
